Pump and motor rebuilds, high-flow system overhaul, cooling packages, plumbing, and diagnosis on high-HP attachment circuits.

Electrical & controls

Control package design and replacement, digital panel upgrades, harnessing, and machine control troubleshooting.

Installation

Power pack and cutterhead installation on your carrier — guarding, catwalks, plumbing, controls, and commissioning as one job.

Repair

Component-level repair on Powertek and Shinn power packs and cutterheads — quoted per scope after assessment.

Refurbishment & reman

From a targeted refresh to full teardown remanufacture, restored to factory-equivalent or better condition.

Machine support

Active monitoring through Powertek Connect, remote diagnostics, parts staged ahead when the data flags an issue, and a diagnostic record on every unit.

When you call Powertek, you're talking to the shop that engineered and built the machine — not a dealer between you and the factory. Every new build carries a 2-year warranty and ships with Powertek Connect, so when something needs attention, we're usually already looking at it.

Running a Shinn unit? That's a specialty of the house — we manufactured them for eleven years.
