The fast path to production power

HT-575 Power Pack

577 CAT horsepower and 200 GPM of dedicated attachment hydraulics, mounted on the excavator you already own. Built and installed by Powertek in Concord, NC.

What it is

Your carrier. Our power.

The HT-575 is a self-contained diesel hydraulic power unit that mounts on a standard excavator and feeds the work tool its own dedicated flow and pressure. Your machine keeps its full digging and swing performance; the attachment gets the horsepower it was rated for.

It's the same product lineage as the power packs our shop manufactured for Shinn Systems from 2013 to 2024 — refined and sold direct under the Powertek name, with a modern control package and Powertek Connect standard.

We keep the engine, radiator, and hydraulic pump in stock — which makes the HT-575 the fastest route to production power in the Powertek lineup. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Straight answers

HT-575 questions, answered straight

Can I really put 577 HP on the excavator I already own?

Yes — that's the whole product. The HT-575 is a self-contained diesel hydraulic power unit that mounts on a standard excavator and feeds the work tool its own dedicated flow and pressure. Built and installed by Powertek in Concord, NC.

What size excavator does it need?

The HT-575 installs on any 20-ton excavator or larger. Every install still starts with a look at your specific machine — call with the make, model, and configuration and we'll confirm the fit.

Does it hurt my excavator's own performance?

No. Your machine keeps its full digging and swing performance — the attachment runs off the HT-575's dedicated hydraulics, not the carrier's.

What are the specs?

CAT C13B Tier 4 engine at 577 HP, 200 GPM of hydraulic flow at 5,100 PSI through a 355cc drive pump. Forestry Guard Package, Catwalk Bumpers, 2-year warranty, and Powertek Connect standard on every build.

Can it run the cutterhead I already have?

The HT-575 pairs with the Powertek CH-150, with the head's hydraulic drive motor sized to the flow and horsepower the pack delivers. Running a different head? Call with what you've got and we'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.

Why is this the "fast path"?

We keep the engine, radiator, and hydraulic pump in stock, and the HT-575 goes on the carrier you already own instead of waiting on a full machine build. Contact Powertek at 704-788-9054 for current pricing and availability.
